2025 Planning and Club Development

In 2025 the staff are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that Pioneer can grow and develop with it’s members. This has started with a long term strategic plan, developed at the end of 2024. This document will help staff and committee plan, develop and stay on track with important changes to our club.

We recognise the word change can cause some concern as often it comes with the word ‘loss’. But our focus is on ensuring our club gains new opportunities, members, quality experiences and that we can build our club into a sustainable community so that we can continue to provide quality basketball experiences for years and even decades longer.

It’s important to us that our members are part of this growth, so please take a look through our work as it comes out through the year and feel free to share some feedback with us at any time!
