An ideal starting point for tamariki | children to learn basketball or elevate their skills! Hoops Academy focuses on key skills like ball-handling, shooting, passing, defense, and game strategy, all while building confidence and having fun. Each term offers a 6-8 week program led by experienced coaches.

Hoops Academy – Term 2, 2026

Dates: Rātū | Tuesdays – 28th April, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th May, 2nd, 9th, 16th June (8 Weeks)

• Mini Magic (Years 0–2): 3:30pm – 4:10pm
• Junior Jammers (Years 3–4): 4:15pm – 4:55pm
• Girls Group (Year 5-8): 5:00pm – 5:40pm
• Additional Senior Slammers (Year 5-8): 5:00pm – 5:40pm (ONLY IF NEEDED)
• Senior Slammers (Years 7–8): 5:45pm – 6:25pm
