We are looking for anyone willing to brave the whistle, whether you know nothing about the game or know ‘everything’… we want you!

Pioneer are collaborating with the CBA to increase the referee presence around the gym. Especially adults!

Even Adults who know little about the game rules can make a huge difference in keeping our beloved game safe, fun and fair. We are offering support, courses, training (and kai) to anyone keen to give it a go and put the grey shirt on.

You don’t have to sign up to referee 5 games a week, all we are asking is that you give it a go, pick up a whistle every week or so and support our tamariki and junior referees.
